Objective
stevens E3 was to design an update to the existing exhibit to increase brand awareness for SPEED System Orthodontics worldwide, as a premier supplier to the orthodontics industry. The company name was to be predominant on the show floor, using the maximum height allowance at the trade show. A large, open reception area was needed to greet clients and direct them to specific areas within the booth. Several meeting areas were required, to include demonstration samples, a workspace and storage of collateral materials. An open and welcoming environment was the objective, to ensure all attendees a positive experience with the Speed Systems team.
Solution
stevensE3 modified the exhibit design with a hanging structure to the maximum allowable size, an overhead Tension Fabric banner crowning the Speed Systems booth space - 50' long wide, 15' wide and 5.5' high. The company's brand sent a strong and predominant message across the trade show floor. High above the booth space, the hanging sign added instant impact. A large reception area was easily identifiable using custom rolled flooring, guiding attendees to the center of the booth. Six Sales Kiosks were placed around the perimeter, paired with stunning backlit graphic murals to clearing demonstrate products and product features. Plexiglas display cases allowed booth staff to identify and introduce individual products. Custom pedestals featured 3D models to further enhance product features during one-on-one discussions. Lastly, 2 storage rooms provided space for support documents and a convenient place for personal items, to make sure the booth was tidy at all times. The Speed Systems staff enjoyed the new attractive, and functional workspace - with new energy on the show floor at the annual AAO Global Conference!
