Rafael Missile Systems

50 x 60 Island

Objective

Rafael sought an exhibit environment capable of representing the depth and scale of its advanced defence technologies to senior military leaders, program executives, and acquisition authorities. As a stevensE3 client for more than 25 years, the objective was to support the presentation of evolving weapons and defence systems across multiple show cycles and program generations. The booth needed to accommodate full-scale platforms, clearly communicate system differentiation as capabilities matured, and provide appropriate spaces for both open discussion and closed-door program briefings within a single, cohesive environment.

Solution

Working from an established design framework provided for the event, stevensE3 focused on the disciplined execution and cost-effective realization of the exhibit environment. Our role was to translate the approved design into a fully buildable solution that met budget parameters, show regulations, and operational requirements without compromising presentation quality or program intent.

The exhibit was delivered through a balanced approach that leveraged existing structural and display components alongside targeted new elements where upgrades were required to support current systems, updated messaging, or revised layouts. This strategy allowed Rafael to maintain visual continuity across show cycles while controlling costs and maximizing the value of previously deployed assets.

stevensE3 managed fabrication, integration, logistics, and on-site installation with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability. Full-scale equipment was accommodated within the footprint through careful coordination of clearances, access, and safety considerations. The result was a professionally executed exhibit that upheld Rafael’s standards, respected procurement realities, and delivered a credible, consistent presence for defence and government stakeholders.
