Objective
Bagira Systems required a high-impact exhibit environment to support engagement with defence, military, and government stakeholders. The objective was to clearly communicate Bagira’s role in delivering mission-critical training and simulation solutions, while providing a professional, credible setting for technical demonstrations and procurement-level discussions. The booth needed to project operational readiness, reliability, and performance—values essential to government and defence audiences—while accommodating both structured briefings and informal conversations on a busy show floor.
Solution
stevensE3 designed and delivered a custom exhibit that emphasized clarity, functionality, and authority. Strong architectural forms and disciplined branding created immediate visibility and reinforced Bagira’s positioning around readiness and operational effectiveness. A prominent suspended cube ensured long-range brand recognition, while large-format messaging and integrated digital displays supported clear communication of capabilities and use cases.
Dedicated demonstration stations were incorporated to support live training and simulation walkthroughs, enabling focused technical dialogue with procurement officers and program stakeholders. A centralized hospitality and meeting area provided a controlled, professional environment for relationship-building and follow-up discussions.
