In June 2022, at the Exhibitor Show, stevensE3 was honoured to receive the award for Best Small Booth—a recognition that proved you don’t need a massive footprint to make a memorable impact. With a bold creative vision, a strong narrative, and a fearless design approach, our compact booth stood out on a busy show floor.

A Nature Theme That Stopped Traffic
Our concept leaned heavily into nature, storytelling, and surprise. Rather than filling the space with screens or product displays, we focused on creating an immersive visual moment—something that would stop attendees mid-aisle and pull them in.

The centerpiece was impossible to miss: an enormous orange moose, sculptural and graphic, appearing to burst straight out of the booth wall. It wasn’t just decorative—it was theatrical. The moose created depth, motion, and curiosity, making the booth feel larger than its actual footprint and turning a simple backdrop into a three-dimensional experience.

One of the most fun (and memorable) moments came from inviting visitors to take a “moofie”—a selfie with the moose. It sparked smiles, conversations, and plenty of photos shared long after the show ended.

To complete the experience, our team dressed in clean corporate attire, punctuated with bright orange shoes—a subtle but intentional detail that tied the people, the brand, and the booth together.

The award was a great reminder of something we believe deeply: strong storytelling and thoughtful design matter more than square footage.
