Objective
Mission Ready
stevensE3 was asked to prepare a design that would create an impressive, strong physical presence that would correctly emulate the strength and stability of this Israeli based Defense Contractor. The logo was to be prominent and the booth requirements were to present defense solutions to the Homeland Security Market featuring their Guarder product. The booth was to be open in concept, portraying an inviting or welcoming impression.
Meeting space was required to allow for multiple conversations in either a private setting or open, but intimate setting, and a storage room was necessary for a bar fridge, refreshments and snack storage.
A video wall was required to present the vehicle to passersby and attract attention.
Solution
stevensE3 developed a design that incorporated the wishes of the client for a booth design that created a strong presense on the show floor. Designing a small corner space with a more private seating area allowed for more sensitive meetings to take place. Front and centre was the use of a large 4 monitor video wall that ran looping video of the client's Guarder product.
Comfortable seating and high tables allowed for more intimate as well as casual meeting space to take place in several areas within the exhibit.
A reception desk with a bilingual greeter was on the high traffic aisle, and allowed for guests to be greeted in Portuguese or English and offered a beverage or snack during their stay within the booth environment. Prominent graphics were displayed on walls to illustrate products "in theatre".
Discrete storage in the back corner of the booth space allowed for sufficient space to house personal effects, a fridge, promotional items, and snacks. stevens E3 worked with our trusted Brazilian partner to realize this design with a seamless result.
